Our lobby is back open with limitations. We are scheduling appointments so that only one client is in the office at one time. The room will be sanitized in betweeen each appointment. Clean pens are always used and hand sanitizer is available for you. When we meet with you one on one we will wear a mask. You can feel free to wear a mask, but it is not required. If you are stopping by to drop something off, we have a table available in the lobby and the far right counter window is open.
Operations and Stimulus Updates
Our lobby will remain closed until April 19, at least. We will continue working from home locations and answering your calls Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am – 3:00pm.
Please be patient with call back times, we are experiencing high call and email volumes due to COVID-19 related issues while at the same time completing our payroll processing, tax season work and advisory business.
If you must get something to our office there are a few options: mail, email, 24 hour secure drop box at the office or if it is not urgent, wait until we re-open.
Property tax statements are out. You DO NOT have to get those to us right away. We will not process them until after May and the State does not send refunds until August at the earliest. We promise you that we will get these done for you, just not today.
Individuals with AGI $75,000 or less and Married taxpayers with AGI $150,000 or less will receive $1200 each; for each child that is claimed and is under the age of 17 will receive $500 for each qualifying child.
Your stimulus check will be reduced $5 for each $100 over the AGI income limit.
Your check will be direct deposited to the account you had your tax refund sent to. If the account changed or is closed they will send a check. If you did not have direct deposit, your check will be mailed. They are indicating that deposits/checks should be going out in the next 2 – 3 weeks.

Payments and interest on all student loans held by U.S. Dept. of Education will be suspended for 6 months. Contact your loan processor to be sure you qualify.
Required Minimum Distributions from retirement accounts do not have to be taken in 2020.
Unemployment Provisions: All unemployment provisions will be processed through the State of MN Unemployment Department. If in doubt, apply. Easiest to apply online. In response to the increasing concerns regarding the coronavirus pandemic, we will be closing our office lobby and will not be holding face to face meetings starting Thursday March 18.
We also understand that business needs to continue and we are committed to meeting those needs. Limiting contact will help us keep out staff healthy and allow them to continue working to assist you.
